Clayton is the residential pocket of M11 that sits immediately north of Openshaw, bordered by the Etihad Campus, the Philips Park area and the route of Ashton New Road. The housing is predominantly Victorian terraces with some post-war infill and a few newer developments near the stadium.
We deliver right across Clayton - the streets off Ashton New Road, the terraces around North Road and Folkestone Road, and the closes near Clayton Vale. Some of the older streets have tight access, so we always ask about the drop-off spot when you book.
Clayton is right on our doorstep, so same-day skip delivery is regularly possible. We do a mix of work here - householders clearing terraced gardens, landlords refreshing rentals and builders on refurbishment projects across the Etihad-campus area.
